Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or other intimate apparel.

How to Return

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack your item securely and return it via a tracked postal service. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please notify us when requesting your return.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
